Proteins, sugar, syrups, trace elements and vitamins are converted to fungal biomas by means of fermentation with P. chrysogenum (fungi). For these Processes we use raw materials which are taken directly from agricultural production. After extraction of the active ingredient, the product is dried at 110° C with an exposure time of 3 to 4 hours.
